Every Door Direct Mail Printing Guidelines
We print approved EDDM® sizes from 3.5" x 11" to 11”x25.5” on durable 14 pt. or 16 pt. stocks based on your choice.

The dimension guidelines as listed on the USPS EDDM® Website:
- Rectangular with four square corners or finished corners that do not exceed a radius of 1/8 inch
- One of the following: more than 11.5 inches long, more than 6 1/8 inches high, or more than 1/4 inch thick
- Not more than 15 inches long, 12 inches high, or 3/4 inch thick
- Orientation of the address does not matter, i.e., whether the address is applied parallel to the long or short side of the piece. However, the address must be in the top half of the piece

How to Prepare Your Every Door Direct Mail Order

We do 100 percent of the work from graphic design, printing, shrink wrapping and shipping to your front door. We show you how to make your EDDM Mailing Piece Work that other companies lack.
When you're ready to print, just pick the choices you need from product detail section, and upload your file. You can get your finished EDDM® postcards in as soon as 1 business day to a mximum of 3 days. Then all you need to do is to take the direct mail pieces to the post office, tell them where you want them to go and pay the 18 per home postage. You can select mailing routes using bundle mailing with USPS.

1. Give them what they need
You must know that prospect will look at your design piece for few seconds, no matter how much time you have spent designing it. So those few seconds are where you can convert a prospect to your client. Make sure that in that time they have access to everything they need to make an informed decision.
Before evaluating the design of your direct mail piece you should ask several important questions
- Is the message clear and concise?
- How they are going to contact or find you?
- Is the information too much or to the point?
Make sure that they are not lost while going through the mail piece, otherwise, they might lose interest.
2. Make sure you stand out
A different texture or a larger size can attract prospects attention and make prospect pause and look at your direct mail piece rather than throwing it in the trash.
A glossy finish is recommended as it makes the colors pop in your mail piece. Make sure that your use of color, font, and images matches what is on your brand, but also take the time to consider what will grab the prospect’s attention in an already stuffed mailbox.
3. Give them some offers for nothing
The main purpose for people will look into their mailbox, is the exciting offers. Because people want some offer from us so we need to give them some.
Try to incorporate freebies into your EDDM materials. Address stickers, a physical coupon, discount coupon, bookmarks or calendars are some of the things you can offer in your direct mail piece.
The impression that the prospect gets from freebies is that you intend to give something to them for nothing and it makes a great first impression when the prospect contact or visit your place.
